My AMV is 5GB! I dont know how to make it smaller pls help me cause I need to sumbit my AMV TODAY. If you can help me I will love you forever

I had to remove subs from my AMV so I used virtualdubmod but when i saved it and opened the file the audio was like it was in slowmo the whole time. What did I do wrong? What can I do to fix it? Pleas help me cause I need to submite this video as late as tomarow morning.

VHS, DVD-R, VCD, S-VCD, MPEG1, MPEG2 and Quicktime.

Ok I made my AMV with WMM, and Im entering it into a contest but ,they need to be a certain format. So I used TMPEGnc to change the format and code it but now it is split into two files one audio the other video. What did I do wrong and what can I do to fix it? Pleas help me ASAP cause I must enter ...
