If you need hardware, for a backup/failsafe machine, I'll be bringing a Transportable rig down to the con with me. Just in case of the worst I'll keep that in mind. I wonder if there will be any way to do digital submissions this year.... oh well... Last year CArnesen accepted DVD submissions, perhaps this year online will be possible. Hard to say. I certainly want to be able to start accepting submissions (both mail and online) by November 1st. <keeps fingers...

I would zip up the file into multiple files by "spanning disks" (700 MB each) and then burn those to CDR.
