Macs = Better editing software and faster (with the G5).
PCs = Better encoding software and cheaper.

To anyone who went to AMA (Anime Mid-Atlantic)...
I submitted an AMV that was Beck's "End of the Day" set to Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. If you saw it, can you tell me what you thought? It was my first AMV and any suggestions are welcomed as well as any praise .

AVI (uncompresed) or Mpg are the best Now, I don't know much about WMM, but I know for sure that there is no native support for MPEG1 in Premiere. If you have a Mac then you are in luck. A free program or OS X (and I think OS 9 too) called "forty-two" rips beautifully.
