New Macross Plus Vid - First time using VOBs.
Hey guys, Just finished my new Macross Plus video, which I've been working on for what seems like an eternity... Finally ironed out all the issues working with a straight DVD rip, and ~man~ does it look good. As far as it being a good AMV; that's up to you. I was going to make something with a more ...

Try replacing the drive with another one... (CD or DVD) If the same thing happens, it's time to wipe your computer (Format and re-install). You could look for the precise problem, but the more often you can wipe your computer and start again, the more healthy it will be. However, if you're computer ...

Yeah, it's definatly the drive then... As a last ditch effort, eject the tray and give a good blow inside (make sure you don't spit ^_^). SCSI (or scuzzy as it's pronounced) is just a another I/O method, like IDE (IDE is what you hook your hard drives and CD/DVD drives too using that fat ribbon cabl...

[quote="SQ"] But anyway, the error looks like it's saying there is a scratch on the DVD or it's dirty, so try cleaning it. quote] *looks again* Err.. Or dirt. yeah..eheh. I noticed after that it's reporting for all I/O methods, so my SCSI rant was probably nothing... SQ is right; it just gave...

Not the dreaded Input/Output error! It sounds to me like there might be something wrong with the drive, not the disk... Are you actually running SCSI? I'd be suprised, but DVD Decrypter seems to thinks so, which may be half your problems.. I don't know how to read it's code, so maybe it's jus...

Wait a minute. You're talking about rendering a whole episode? Why the hell would you want to do that? Because I don't know every scene off by heart. I needed to render it as an M2V again, because it needed to be set at a fixed bitrate for that 3rd party app to work. By dumping an entire epi...

Editing with M2V/MPEG2 - Almost (Need Guru level help)
Hey Guys, I've been experimenting with trying to edit with the cleanest image possible. Obviously, unless you have the Dbeta Masters, a DVD is the best you can get. So the question is, can you snag the M2V and either edit with them, or re-render them losslessly into a format that Premiere (6.5 or pr...

Two Wars - Clash Productions
I never knew, but Two Wars, my absolute favorite AMV that I've created, was actually miss named.... So the whole time, for months now, people have been downloading my "Failing strength" Eva AMV by accident... Skillz..
