I recommend to convert all the sources you need into a lossless codec like HuffYUV or Lagarith. big problems with bad frames

I have a big problem with my premiere..every time i edit in timeline -trim or add some motion effects i get some bad frames ...it's like 10 frames are forward and 2 are rewind(i can see the frames in both render and the exported video)..lost 2 nights because of this T.T & got no results ...got 2 day...

your problem is your resolution. 720x480 is not 16:9, so premiere is filling the space where normal 16:9 footage would be with black. telling premiere hat your footage has a 1.2PAR makes it seem like your footage has shrunken (which is why the 480 pixels of your source doesn't match the 480 pixels ...
