Wow, it looks to me like the SPJA is doing its best to cover its ass in this case by going out of their way to higher a Law Firm and investigate Mr. Tatsugawa in this case. A 'professional' organization would simply higher an accounting firm to audit themselves, then publish the record of the audit....
