Re: Copyfight the Power!
Something I find ironic about the copyright war is that many (probably even most) artists don't even own the copyright to their work. That gets handed over to the publisher when the artist sells their work to get that first paycheck. Sure there might be royalties paid to the artists, but how many ti...

Re: Donations and a New Storage Server
I'm the opposite. I prefer to use the search functions to find what I'm looking for. What I want to find isn't likely to be announced any time in the near future anyway.

Re: removing a video
You upload to the internet. You download from the internet.
I would go with Jaddziadax's suggestion, but you could also go to the "Edit Videos" page and request deletion of the entry there.

Re: Recruiting from The Tube
Re. Kionon: Perhaps, instead of trying to host or even catalog every AMV in existence, AMV Org should focus on being a showcase for those AMVs that the popular (and thus more closely investigated) sites won't broadcast for music copyright reasons or whatever. I'm not suggesting hosting porn or anyth...

Re: Recruiting from The Tube
I agree with what others have said about the aristocrats versus everyone else issue. If a flood of commoners like me from other sites show up here we're likely to be treated like dogs and we'll either run away or bite back. Eh, I already noticed there are two sets of populations at AMV Org. There's ...

Re: Itunes playlist: What have you played the most
I agree it's pretty daft. It would be more useful if it only counted the songs that are played all the way through. If it has a setting to correct that, I haven't found it yet.

Re: Your favorite lyrics
"Just a traveler on an endless flight. But no matter which way I turn I journey into the night." - The Alan Parsons Project, "Light of the World" from Stereotomy . That line just makes my spine tingle whenever I hear that part of the song. "It's a god eat god world. It's a dog tomorrow. And a song o...

Re: Itunes playlist: What have you played the most
Winamp keeps track of which songs it starts to play over and over but since I have it on random and over 2000 songs in the playlist, I tend to hit the "next" button a lot. This kind of screws up keeping track of which songs I actually listen to over and over. >_> I tend to collect music by specific ...

Re: Favourite Artists/Bands?
I'll dispense with the detailed listing and give you a Top 12 list instead. If you're curious enough you'll look them up on your own. 1. Alan Parsons / The Alan Parsons Project 2. David Bowie / Tin Machine 3. Keats 4. Balligomingo 5. Vitas (Russian singer) 6. The music associated with Saiyuki (both ...
