I don't know how to make in un-divx through Virtualdub! I thought I heard somewhere that Vegas will take AVI codec but it's not working!

I don't want my videos in divx codec because it screws the quality. I tried converting them to .avi and Vegas won't upload them. Help?

Um, I'm trying to convert my divx codec videos into avi and stuff with virtual dub so that I can edit them on Vegas, but vegas isn't letting my upload them, says it doesn't support the format. Help? T_T
