There was a website where you could just plug in pictures or video and it would make a fancy effects-laden video for you. Does anyone remember what it was?

I don't know if that would really help; the pixellation is even there when played on...

Pixelly Rip... from a R2?
This is what I get after ripping one of my Nana R2s with DVD Decrypter. I've done two discs so far that worked fine, but this one is all pixelly. Any advice?
