Oh one more thing, should I compress it into a winzip or rar file. Because the only way I can send it online is by yousendit and I can only send in 100MB or pay 2.99 for more storage. The file when I save it is like 1000MB.

XD, they also ask for mpeg-2 audio. In my video, The audio is an mp3. Does that mean that I have to convert my audio to mpeg-2 and reimport to windows movie maker.

You should have it if you have Windows 2000, XP and vista. But I don't assume that every one has windows.
