Did you revisit Nibelheim later in the game and get the extra Cloud flashback scenes? If you play straight through without going back again, you won't see them. I can't believe I missed this bit, I played and replayed this game for literally hundreds of hours and I never once went back to see that ...

Plenty of free software on this thread but you’ll have to spend some money if you want something as easy to use as moviemaker. Although I suggest brushing up on a bit of digital video theoryif you want to use anything other then movie maker??
