Not working, it's just moving the logo lower

If this is in the wrong place, please move it =) Anyway, I just encoded my video for AnimeNext using TMPG Encoder 4....and it slapped a logo in the beginning of the video. Now I'm not able to submit it because well...can't have logos on the submission. How can I get rid of this logo without losing a...
