well i downloaded the Advent children avi's then converted them to mpegs.
imported to Pre. pro and draged into the timeline and just wanted to see if everything was ok. the video double takes.

im trying to make a video in premiere pro and when i try to preview it, it pretty much plays but it stutters/lags to where i see everything happen twice... Anyone out there know what to do?

please, someone, ive read all through Ermacs guide and everything!! could someone please just tell me how to convert something from .avi(becasue avis dont work in premiere) to like mpeg or sumtin that dosnt look horrible without taking up tons of memory!! i use Virtualdub and ive tried picvid mpeg b...

for one the anime is like 1hr and 10 mins.. so yea it is 13 gigs..

well i cantuse huffYUv casue that takes like 13 gigs just with the movie converted and i only got a 40 gig HD and i only got like 10 gigs free lol... so use what thingy?? if i use picvid there is this really annoying writing on top and bottom

ok, thats cool, but not exactly what i meant.. i meant i have an .avi file and i need to convert it so i can use it in premiere.. it crashes when i just import it.. what do i need to compress it with?(like picvid,huffy, etc)
