Oh . I though that lightning is the same as old version of premier Video Effects > Render > Lightning . I got it , thank for showing me .

I'm using Adobe Premier Pro CS3 but in Effect > Render > has only Ellipse ...
I spend my time to find out this effect was called "lightning" but my software miss it . Can anyone help me pls . Share or give me the link to download .
