NTSC is just the frame rate (29.97), number of lines (525), and the refresh rate (60Hz) essentially. That makes sense to me.. thanks for that clarification. One question to add to that though, since I can't seem to find the info anywhere, but are there the same amount of lines (525) in a 4:3 and 16:9?
