Problem with mkv's in vdub
I have some episodes of Madoka magika in mkv format so I made an aviscript as follows: FFVideoSource("F:\anime\Madoka Magica\Puella Magi Madoka Magica Raw\Episode 1.mkv") ConvertToRGB(matrix="rec709") When I open the avs file in Virtualdub (1.9.10), the video quality goes from good to horrendous and...

Re: Masking/Compositing in AE
Hmm... I would have to disagree with you blabbler. I don't think making 20+ masks could possibly make the process faster. Especially since you would have to adjust each one for the different frames. Although I will take your word for it that the results are slightly better, it seems like a lot of un...

Upload stuck in Queue!
I have uploaded my video, Tears of Fear, but no download link appears. It has been waiting in the queue for a bit over a day now. My previous upload took less than ten minutes for a download link to appear after uploading so i know this isn't normal. Could anyone tell me what the problem may be? her...

Re: Convention video submission script? (Yes, I read the guide)
Alright that makes sense. I checked under the file information in Vdub and it definitely says its 720x480. WMP fullscreen still shows the black borders though. Don't have media player classic. So assuming if my filters are the problem, then do you know if the video would show at the correct resoluti...

Re: Convention video submission script? (Yes, I read the guide)
VirtualDubMod doesn't show the black borders for either. Can't tell if the footage is actually 720 or 640 though. I don't think VDub tells you the resolution anywhwere. But as soon as i play it on windows media player the black borders appear and the footage still appears to be 640x480. I even tried...

Re: Convention video submission script? (Yes, I read the guide)
the script is very simple and short: AVISource("C:\Users\Dan\Videos\ToF_Convention.avi") LanczosResize(720,480) I then open the avisynth file in TMPGEnc, use your convention template preset, and make sure all the settings are correct (particularly the resolution). But when i encode it, it comes out ...
