can someone generate these sounds for me...

For my new amv, there is this part where the lyrics say "stand up and shout," for which I have a scene of a police officer yelling into his walky-talky radio thing. I'm sure you know what kind of sound I'm looking for.

Another scene involves the same lyrics "stand up and shout," afterwhich I show the entire scene of a sporting event in a big stadium with a yelling crowd for about a minute. I would like to hear the crowd cheering along with the sporting event... while the music still plays :\

If anyone thinks they can make these audio effects, or know somewhere I can find something usable, just post here, or PM me. Credits to those that help. The vid is already finished, so I can send you a beta to see what you're dealing with ;p
