AC_3, AC_7, AC_9 Head Encoder is ... where ???

Howdy
.. getting my AMV's ready for My first testing and I noticed something strange .. stereo audio.

I remember that there was a program called, "AC-Head" encoder for placing the channels
in the right place for AC_5 Audio Encoded tracks. but today, when I need it -- it can't be found ~_~

Any idea's where to find one of these jem's or anything paid -or- free that will do the Studio Audio Mixing into AC_3 AC_5 AC_7 and/or AC_9 ???
If I do this right, it should look as good as it sounds but, with a name like TRAXX -- I'm not releasing the AMV without the proper sound-track!
