Linear PCM

Just got my hands on a copy of Kiddy Grade Ignition. The only down side was that Kadokawa decided to use a Linear PCM audio stream rather than a compressed Dolby Digital. I can understand why they'd want to use it (for the same reason Blue Ray does), but it does make things difficult when trying to get DGIndex to export an audio stream. So, if anyone knows of a way to deal with this, you're help is much abliged.
