crashing

For some reason when I try to make an amv using wmm, or watch an anime using wmp, both programs keep crashing. I'm not sure what the problem is and I never had this problem before. Any suggestions

Most WMM problems may have a solution in this thread: WMM FAQ.

As for WMP playback problems, if you can solve the issues of WMM, they'll probably also be fixed since many times they are related. Most of the time, the causes of WMP playback problems are bad or conflicting codecs.

I might have to add, I think some versions of Windows Movie Maker appear to have glitches sometimes which are there from the start. May be a cause of your WMM crashing as well, but just restart the program then even though it's somewhat annoying. *shrugs*
