Mashed up episodes

I'm sure this has been talked about 1,000 times so if this has already been answered, link me to the right topic. I just don't feel like looking through over 100 pages of results.
So I bought some DBZ DVDs and they work fine. I deinterlaced them and everything. Now the problem is, is that they come mashed up, four episodes at a time. So instead of saving as one lagarith .avi with all four episodes mashed together, how do you seperate the episodes so that I can save one at a time?

Select start and end points in VDubMod and save those segments.
