Audio Problems after Encoding to mp4

i encoded my vid to mp4 but the audio sounds kinda "echo-y"

what should i do to fix it?

What were your audio encoder settings? Heck, what are your audio DEcoder settings?

Either there's reverb being added somewhere, or what you're hearing is actually compression artifacts due to insufficient bitrate. Either way, the answer should be in the codec settings somewhere.
