Adobe Exporting AR problems
i am currently using premiere pro 2.0 atm since my laptop can;t handle much else...and as i am exporting my video..every setting looks right however every time i watch the video the AR is a bit messed up...i have went back n try something different every time but it never comes out right...does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

What do you mean by "messed up?"
What are your project settings and the resolution of your sources?

the AR is stretched...as for project settings.....using PAR of 16:9....AR is 720x480...original video is 704x400

Hmm... using the same settings I don't get a stretched video but rather a squished video with borders around all the sides.
It may be too late, but using a PAR of 1 and a resolution of 640x360 would work the best. I try not to mess with the other PAR since I don't really know how Premiere will work it.

^ Aside from using a PAR of 1, as long as your ratio is the same for your footage, project and export you shouldn't have any problems.
