AMVapp + premiere = no HuffYUV

So I wanted to export my project and looked around here for ways to do so and came across using AMVapp to export as premiere by itself does not have the option to export the video using HuffYUV...

Anyways i followed instructions and installed amvapp but nothing works (all test fails, but read its a vista problem and that it still works) and now when i try to open premiere, I get popup spam of 3 messages saying avisynth configuration error or old avisynth version, do fresh install... i get past that screen and my avs imported videos are now just black and the export still doesnt have HuffYUV... what is going on here?

uhh...premiere can export huffy (premiere 6, and all primere pro...not sure about premiere elements).
Admittedly, not very well in versions of premiere pro before cs4...but export it as huffy it can
