exporting quality problems

i have adobe after effects cs3 and every time i export a video the quality is sooooooooooo bad , i even put the settings on best quality and 720p but it still looks fuzzy, any help pleas..

Instead of exporting, go to Composition>Make movie (Ctrl+M) And export from the render tab.

ok it worked with video issue but know when i do that the audio is not coming in.

Be sure to check the audio. Click on "lossless" in the voice of the rendering queue that you're interested in, and a window will pop-up. At the bottom of said window, there should be the audio option, be sure to check it, and make sure that the frequency of the output audio is set accordingly to the frequency of the input audio (generally, you'll want 44100 kHz if your audio is from a CD, and 48000 kHz if it's from a DVD).
