using vdubmod to clean up video
ok, so this is what i am wondering, how do i write the correct scripts for vdubmod so that i can get my videos looking their best? i am using Sony Vegas 9 platinum, i can make them, they look good, but when i export them, they look like crap or have some flaws in them. I have been told that I need to run it through vdubmod to smooth it out. i dont know how to do this. all of the formats in vegas work prety well, but some do create blocking or there are variations of lines and some twitching in the clips. subtle, but i can see them. i want to be able to make them good enough that i can submit them to a con, or on the org and still look good, can anyone help me on this?? and i hope this makes some kind of sense. oh, and i use huffyuv for the video compression. i take those clips and put them into vegas and edit, then render into another format, mostly id use mp4 or h263, and quicktime for the container.
I have been told I have issues, I just say, no I have volumes...ususally they just shake their heads and walk away.

If you have the space, you should be rendering lagarith or huffyuv avi out of vegas.
Make sure that your render settings are as close to your project settings as possible
