i have some naruto episodes and a cartoon network logo is on some parts how do i edit it out?

You buy the DVDs and use those instead.

On a more serious and realistic note, you'll have to crop the bottom/side of the video.

Either crop the video, cover it up with special effects, or paint it out frame-by-frame.
