best quality with smaller file size?

Yo, I'm using adobe premiere pro cs4. What's the best compression to use for the best quality with minimal file size? Right now my file is 600mb. It's 1280x720. I know having a good quality video is a big thing here as it is for me so i wanna keep it in hq just shrink the size a bit. Any tips?

Render a lagarith out
Import it into Zarx264gui
Press Encodoe

hehe nevermind, shrunk it to 70mb without losing quality in premiere. Thanks though

Still using Zarx264gui is your best way to get small file size|Good quality
