DVDDecrypter trouble

I just got Castle in the Sky, and went to rip it with DVDDecrypter.. Only, once it gets to "parsing ifo files," it stops there. I don't know if there's some kind of copy protection DVDDecrypter can't get past, or if it's just freezing... I really don't know.
Is there a different program I should use to rip the dvd? Or is there a different solution?
