Anywho, I am trying to load a MKV video file into Virtualdubmod. When I do, I get this:
I got Xvid, and installed that, thinking that would have done it, but it didn't. My mind feels sort of scattered right now, and I for some reason cannot think straight on where to look. It looks simple, as I said, I am sure I knew at one point, but I just don't get why I cannot think straight about it right now, heh....Couldn't locate decompressor for format 'DX50' (Unknown)
Virtualdub requires a Video for Windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video. DirectShow codecs, such as those used by Windows Media Player are not suitable. 'Only Direct Stream Copy' is available for this video.
Any help on this matter would be great.
