where to get AMVIVTC script?

I'm probably over looking something. But I've installed AMVapp 3.1, I've got the 64 bit of TIVTC.dll file in my plugins64 folder

When I try to use AMVIVTC in avs, I get an error in Vdub: "Script error; there is no function named "AMVIVTC""

What am I doing wrong/over looked?

Stop using 64bit, and don't use amvivtc. Probably your best solution. Stick to TIVTC.

I only was trying to use the AMVIVTC cause its referenced in the guides, and in some of my searches.
