Video Artifacts in Export

Hey org,

I'm encountering a strange artifact on my cross-fades when I export from Premier:

I don't see these boxes within Premier, only on the exported video, and I can't for the life of me figure out what's causing them.

My clips are all encoded like so:

Frame rate is 23.976 fps
Frame size is 1920 x 1080
Depth is 24 bits
Compressor: 'ULH0', UtVideo YUV420 BT.709 (ULH0) VCM

And here are my export settings:

Welp. I restarted everything, re-exported, and everything is fine.
