Small File Size

I'm using Adobe Premiere 6.0 and have tried serveral time to creat music video that is under 100mb. However, the smallest that I have been able to creat is around 150mb. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Export in HuffYUV or uncompressed RGB. Then use TMPGEnc or VirtualDub to compress it to around 20-80 MB, depending on your settings.
There's a fine line between genius insanity...and I've crossed it 67 times.
