Ok, i just uploaded a video but my friends can't downoad it how do i fix it so people can download my video locally. please help

You must be a member of the Org for more than two weeks in order to download Local videos, so all they can do is to wait awhile. Perhaps for the time being, they should enjoy some other features of the site and download other videos which have Direct or Indirect hosting.
