Song Creating
Anyone ever thought of taking minescule clips from songs (less than a second) splicing them with others and stringing them together to make a totally origional song?

You mean sampling? Well, it's awfully hard to do it from other songs, usually - seeing how you rarely get very clear, separate sounds in a song played by a whole band.
Much better, just use single instrument samples and loops. They're much more clearcut, and there's an abundance of samples floating around in retail and internet. Of course, you'd need to know a thing or two about music writing to do it well, but that's a different matter...
