When I first received my laptop, the picture was gorgeous. Now I'm seeing strange blues and reds mixed into the AMVs I watch, and on the screen regularly.
I defragmented the computer twice, checked the display settings, and I know it's not a problem with my video player because it happens on normal websites and the desktop as well.
Any other suggestions?

Is it like the blues and reds are 'ghosts' of the image on the screen (showing you what happens a frame or two ago in a video)? Your LCD screen may not be up to snuff at video playback. I'd take it back and see if they can fix it, but it might be a really slow responding super-cheap LCD screen they stuck you with, and they can 'ghost' some when things move around too fast....
