Converting OGM Video Files To Avi Or Something Else

Im having trouble using OGM files they dont seem to be compatiable with any of the video editing softwares i use to make AMVs, does anyone know a way to convert the files to AVI and without losing quality?!?

VirtualDubMod can take .OGMs and convert 'em to whatever you need.
