DVD Problem

I'm not sure if it's the computer or the damn DVD. But here's the problem.

I opened up DVD Decrypter to rip my dvd, right? Anyway the ripping was done. I open the .VOB file up in DGIndex and for some reason each scene doubles when i play it...the first scene would be english, they repeat that and then japanese version shows up and it does that through out the whole episode of Full Metal ALchemist...someone tell me if i did something wrong please?

Like most Funimation DVDs, FMA uses multiple angles to offer both the original Japanese and English-language openings and endings.
