Video....
Ok, I'm not sure if this should go here or somewhere else but oh well. I was trying to get my video onto my computer and then I found the DVD didn't show up in the drive when I put it in. I can't figure out why and then I thought, what if we don't (for some really strange reason) have a DVD player. We should it's a windows XP and we have a CD bunner but could someone tell me how I can check to make sure? Thanks. Sorry again if this is in the wrong folder.

Re: Video....
Just becuase you have Win XP doesnt mean you have a dvd player. When you open "My Computer" what does your drive say? Most say something close to "DVD-RW Drive". If it doesn't also try Right clicking your drive, properties, hardware tab, and see what it says your drive is. For example i have 2:Ayame_K wrote:Ok, I'm not sure if this should go here or somewhere else but oh well. look at the front of the drawer of the dvd/cd player. If it's a DVD reader, it will have something similar to this dvd symbol on the face of it. If not, it most likely will be a CD reader.
