.Ogm files

ok i have escaflone in dvd quality but its in .ogm hot do i make this type of file work so then i can edit it and take away the sound?? plz help

Sure. Re-rip those DVDs as their normal VOBs, and use a program like VirtualDubMod to turn those into .avis. Problem solved.

Unless, of course, you got the .ogm file out of a torrent or some other means...

Cant you remove audio in virtual dub mod with OGM files ?

yes but what he wants to do is use virtual dub mod and use direct stream copy to extract the footage from the ogm container and just have an avi container.

Wll then disable all audio streams , select direct stream copy, then press F7 to save it as AVI.

Get the DVDs and follow the guides, the quality will be much better in the end.
