need help with an effect
Trying to get the splitting like effect, i don't know exactly how to describe it.

it's in this video through out, i've tried everything on adobe premiere 6.5, i reallyyyy need it.

hmm...this video only uses 2 effects (besides the normal fade in/out)
the first one I want to call image overlay. This is done by putting one clip in the "bottom" video stream and putting one clip on top of it. You then mess with the opacity of the top clip.
the other effect uses a simple image mask, you can create ones like that in mspaint (just a simple bar).

Just a note: I know that in 6.0, it's called transparency. I'd assume it's the same in 6.5. Don't know what it's called in Pro, which, IIRC, is what Kariudo has. Thought I'd mention that incase there was any confusion, simply to avoid any possible self-inflicted cranial contusions.Kariudo wrote:You then mess with the opacity of the top clip.

the most work you'll have to do to create that effect (besides timing and a little bit of positioning) is create a few more masks like that one with the black bar in different places. You then use it as a different mask
