High quality gifs

Is it possible to raise the quality of an animated gif? So it looks better in full screen.

Gifs are supposed to be small. If the gif is in form that can be upscaled then yes. But most probably no.

lol - no one button fix

if you upscaled it to maybe at least maybe 320x240 dimensions, filtered the hell out of it and it looked okay - then maybe people will see something at fullscreen.
