Most highest quality video help please

I want to make my video the highest quality it can be...as close to under 100 MB it can get..how do I do this?

h264 .mp4,

You'll need to learn how to use enc, or at least YAMB. Zero wrote a guide somewhere. If you have access to a mac, the process is even easier.

For the widest compatibility right now, XviD is the preferred distribution codec.

I have ceased releasing XviD versions of my videos, and I know several other editors have as well. I make exceptions only when someone specifically requests a non-mp4 format.
