Merging/Joining Clips
Is there any way to join clips together using VirtualDubMod? If not, what's a good program I can use to do this?
Murphy's Constant: If outcome may = A or B, where A=Good and B=FUBAR, anticipate B as most probable result.

Sure, but couldn't you do this in whatever video editing software you have?SrgtWilco wrote:Is there any way to join clips together using VirtualDubMod? If not, what's a good program I can use to do this?
Anyways, if they are AVI files, preferably lossless (Huffyuv, Lagarith, Uncompressed), you load the first clip. Then go to File > Append segment... The limiting factor in using this technique is that the segments have to have the same formats/properties (codec, resolution, frame rate, etc.).
Another method is using AviSynth, but it's a bit more complicated. I haven't done it in a while so I'll have to get back to you on the script syntax.

Using AviSynth, yes. I believe this is the page you'd want to read up on:SrgtWilco wrote:Is there any way to join clips together using VirtualDubMod? If not, what's a good program I can use to do this?
