PS2 Ripping Drakengard 2 FMV Problem Help

Hi, just wondering if anyone here can help me as my PAL AUS/UK/NZ PS2 game Drakengard 2 FMV video which i extracted from the game stutters a bit. I compared it to the NTSC Version and its perfect no twitching etc. I provided a sample test of the trailer to show which i ripped of the game you what i mean (the Pal and NTSC version). It goes for 12 or so seconds, but you should notice it fairly qucikly without even looking at the American NTSC Version.

(Do you guys think my PS2 disc is faulty or maybe interlacing?????)
