Need help on Video Quality

I don't know how good your computer is, but my old computer does that with some videos. Seems the system can't keep up with the amount of work needed to play the video. Try your video on another computer and see if it still is there, it might not be.
Where did you say I'm going?.... And what am I doing in a handbasket?

judging from what you said about your ram, it might be the computer's performance that may be the problem. I started my first AMV on a 2000 HP P.O.S. and that computer barley met the minimum requirements for premiere. oh yeah premiere WILL run, but don't expect it to run as you need it to. trust me, if your computer doesn't have the power, you WILL see little boxes of death. the best way to remove that pixel problem (assuming you are not using lossy codecs) is to get more RAM. and if you have RAMBUS RAM (as my P.O.S. had) my condolences. not only are those rare and expensive they aren't as good as DDR RAM
