I wouldn't really know about that one, considering I only started to notice them dubbing the songs a lot well after the multi-angle disc issue came to light. I know for a fact that it had to do with signage and the OP/ED credits - one angle was all English/Romanized credits and signage, and the other was the original Japanese credits and signage. The FMA discs are like that, as are many many others, I'm sure.Scintilla wrote:I'm guessing that's largely because they're also notorious for dubbing their OP/ED songs?Qyot27 wrote:Read: The old infamous multi-angle trap, which Funimation is downright notorious for doing on their discs.

Re: Issues with DVD Decrypter
Thanks for the information! I had trouble and my boyfriend pretty much threw a URL at me and said 'Look here' LOL.
My Yu-Gi-Oh DVDs were giving me the same problem and before it was Death Note that smacked me around with the error. The biggest pain in the rear is that it would pretty much freeze my computer before it tells me 'Oops Error'

Re: Issues with DVD Decrypter
I need help because my Tsubas Chronicle DVDs have multiple angles on the openings, and I want to rip them but I haven't figured it out using DVD Decrypter.

Re: Issues with DVD Decrypter
i'm having the same issue with my newly mastered Z discs as well. however i have noticed something. instead of aborting, try skipping to the next clip when prompted. it'll then ask you if you want to delete the incomplete file, SAY NO. you can still use the file even tho it wasn't completely ripped. you will notice that the clip stops at the very end of an episode. these files are still editable. ...however i'm currently trying to figure out how i'm gonna get the rest of the footage i want... hence the random stumbling upon this thread
