Ok, the guide is no longer there! What we get instead is...

The beta guides have now become the actual guides on the site, please go to the new avtech guides page.
Are we going official now or what?

I should note that the official guide link still leads to the old page.

Sorry, when I make changes to the site I have to move things around and sometimes I forget to fix it. :(

I'm having problems seeing the guides again. I was using them last night fine. I go to look up something today and all the links are dead. I cleared my cache and it now takes me to the old Mark II guides. Is everything still getting put back into place?

Are you going to make Zarx264gui available as a separate download? I prefer not to deal with installers.

While waiting on a official response, here's a single release, with subtitle muxing support.

Oh, I have it alright, it was just a suggestion for general availability. :) After playing with Zarx264gui some more, I actually have two additional suggestions/questions:

1) Under Advanced - Sample Aspect Ratio, maybe you could add 4:3 (PAL) and 16:9 (PAL) to the Auto Calculate options.

2) Why do you use an approximation of the fps in MP4Box parameters? In my case, 23.97602 instead of 24000/1001.

At the time I made it (and I don't know if this has changed) MP4box didn't support fractional framerates. Give it a sufficiently precise decimal though, and it will use the correct rational framerate.

template.avs

Hello,

the code for the template.avs is mpeg2source("__vid__")

The change ist that you have to put __vid__ in it for the video.

Best regards,
Ti
