what is this song?

today, while i was at school watching a senior slideshow, i heard a song that i thought was pretty good. the genre seemed a bit emo but had an electronic sound throughout it, as if autotune was used on the chorus. i have a few lyrics from it, and even after a thorough google search, i failed to find the song.

lyrics: this graduation has overtaken my mind. i want this to end. through the breaks and the mends we made it through. i won't lie, i die. there's nothing here to stay for. every time i think about leaving. (they may not be accurate, and they don't play in that order.)


hopefully someone knows the song or maybe even the band? i'm guessing it's either pretty rare, or i interpreted some of the lyrics incorrectly.
