Hi i have made Amv's in the past but i did it on a diffrent computar then what i have now.
Reccently i got a Netbook( a lenovoone) for my birhtday. It has windows xp and windows movie maker the only thing it doesnt have is a disk drive. I plan on making a Naruto Amv for my cousins birhtday but i dont know how to do the ollowing things please help!
1. I own Naruto Shippuden box sets 1,2,3,4 and a whole bunch of other animes( Sailor moon, Negima, CCS, Inuyasha , bleach, etc.) but i dont know how to get them on my computar or rip them for a amv. How would i do it without a disk drive and how do i get it into my windows movie maker?
2. I dont know how i would get music on my couputar to add to my amv.

Buy an external USB DVD drive.

Or get an internal DVD or BD reader with a SATA-USB adaptor, probably cheaper albeit uglier. Do your music ripping with EAC, FLAC is the format to go for. Also a heads up, I have a heavily optimised Lenovo S10, it has a lot of trouble decoding DVD footage in reasonable time, and runs horribly with avisynth and YATTA. I strongly advise doing your ripping, processing, and encoding on another machine. Editing should be fine though, WMM sucks but it isn't terribly resource heavy.
